You asked and we listened. The Kodiak Climbing Stick was designed for serious backwoods hunters who wanted a solid US made climbing stick. Our line of Kodiak sticks are designed for us bigger guys, and feature heavy duty standoffs for greater distance from the trunk, as well as our bent double steps to maximize foot room. Nothing is worse than being cramped for space while trying to make your next movement up a tree. Our steps and platform feature a textured powder coat for superior traction that will be appreciated on those rainy, snowy, or muddy hunts.

Kodiak Standoffs: Nothing bites like a Kodiak bear… Except for our standoffs. After extensive research and field testing, we discovered that standard milled standoffs did not offer enough bite or security on the trunk. The Kodiak Standoffs teeth taper down to really “chomp” into the bark. Our standoffs will never win any contest for being the prettiest or lightest, but designed to be oversized and durable. These standoffs will provide greater clearance from the tree.

Kodiak Bent Step: Guys with larger feet will agree that most double steps do not offer enough room. Our solution was to bend ours outward to offer greater clearance and maximize foot room. These bad boys feature a textured powder coat finish for superior traction, and designed to be aider friendly. Our aider horns help reduce the risk of aiders accidently sliding off.
